Founded by Rebecca Farmer Force, SALT began as a creative curriculum for young artists and has evolved into a transformational experience for anyone ready to grow in confidence and purpose.

Through workshops, talks, and interactive learning, SALT weaves together personal style, leadership, and storytelling, inspiring participants to lead with what’s already within.
